Aircraft management

Your aircraft, without the admin

We take operational responsibility so ownership stays a pleasure: airworthiness, crew, compliance, suppliers and every franc accounted for. Registration on the German (D-) and Austrian (OE-) registers is handled in house.

01 — Comprehensive management

Operations, compliance, maintenance

One team owns the whole operating picture, from the maintenance programme to the next audit. Nothing sits between you and the person responsible.

  • CAMO coordination and maintenance planning
  • Crew recruitment, currency and rostering
  • Insurance, handling and fuel agreements
  • Regulatory filings and authority liaison

02 — Cost optimisation

Every invoice checked, every line shown

We negotiate supplier rates, verify invoices against contract and report monthly in a format you can hand straight to your CFO. Savings are documented, not claimed.

  • Benchmarked supplier and MRO rates
  • Invoice verification before payment
  • Monthly cost report per flight hour
  • Budget forecast for the coming 12 months

03 — Personalised service

Built around one aircraft, not a fleet template

Your mission profile decides the setup — crew model, hangar, availability windows and how much you want to be involved. We adapt, then keep it stable.

  • Single point of contact, reachable directly
  • Availability and charter policy set by you
  • Onboarding within four to six weeks

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What is included in the management fee?+

Operational oversight, supplier management, compliance, reporting and your point of contact. Variable costs — fuel, maintenance, crew, navigation — are passed through at cost with the supporting invoices attached.

How does onboarding work?+

We review documents and technical status, agree the operating setup, then transfer contracts and records. Typically four to six weeks depending on register and maintenance state.

How involved do I have to be?+

As much or as little as you like. The default is a monthly report plus immediate notification for anything affecting availability, safety or budget.

Can you place the aircraft on the German or Austrian register?+

Yes. We handle both D- and OE- registration, including documentation, technical acceptance and authority coordination.
